My toddler loves exploring and hasn’t been in a buggy for about a year… but he’s not yet three and so he still gets tired if we were to go out walking long distances. So going on a short trail where there’s wood carvings to discover is an ideal trip out for us. A few people had recommended Linford Wood to us. We visited in March 2016 and it was really rather muddy, but great fun! It’s free to park and easy to find and there’s lots of carvings to discover. With the changing seasons it’s definitely somewhere we could visit  frequently. You can read all about it in my latest blog post.
