Mead Open Farm is great fun. With its large impressive adventure playground, a separate one for toddlers, a large indoor soft play, lots of animals, a good sandpit with diggers and tractors rides there really is lots to do for young children. We’ve been several times over the last couple of years, but at a cost of around £10 each then it has very much been a treat for us. However the farm currently has a good offer on. You can request a ‘free child entry voucher’ just click here for the link, fill in the form and then take your phone with the email or printed email to the farm to claim the offer. The child has to be accompanied by a paying adult but you can use one voucher for as many children as you have paying adults. The offer is only valid in January, and the latest you can claim a voucher is 30th January. Under 2s are free. If you’re looking to make it an even cheaper day out then take a picnic, they do have an indoor picnic area.
